The Principal Renewal Project, led by Brian Vance, offers experienced school leaders a structured opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and engage in meaningful professional learning, reflection, and growth at a critical point in their careers. Through a selective fellowship, principals pursue focused areas of practice while mentoring emerging leaders who step into interim roles, strengthening both leadership retention and the future pipeline of school leadership.

PRP Founder, Brian Vance, has dedicated his career to serving in public schools. First as a counselor and then for over two decades as a high school principal. He has seen first-hand the difficulty of retaining good leaders in high-stress conditions. His vision is to help solve that problem through the Principal Renewal Project.
